I started noticing a pattern quickly: whenever I reached out, it took much longer than expected to hear back. The support team did eventually reply, but by then the issue had already become more frustrating than it needed to be.

The shoes themselves are perfectly fine and pretty much what I expected. But the shipping cost? Wow, what a treat. Nothing like paying extra just to have a box travel to your door. Overall, decent shoes, but the delivery fee definitely made me roll my eyes.

They had a really nice selection, and I ended up finding some super cute boots — always a win. I just wish a few more sizes had been available, because of course the ones I liked most were the hardest to find.

I ordered a pair of shoes from DSW online and the delivery date kept changing with no clear update on what was going on. I felt like I had to beg just to get basic information, which made the whole thing really frustrating. The shoes finally showed up way later than expected, but by then I was already annoyed. They felt okay for the first 20 minutes or so, then started rubbing the back of my heels. I wore them to work one time and had to change into a different pair by lunch, which was annoying because it meant packing extra shoes and dealing with the whole shoe swap in the middle of the day. Maybe it was just this pair, but I was disappointed

I stopped by dsw for a quick look and had a good experience. The store was really clean, the aisles weren’t a mess, and I could find the shoes I wanted easily. The only thing I would’ve liked is a little clearer signage or instructions on where to go for certain things, but overall it was a smooth, quick shopping trip.

I’ve ordered from DSW a few times now, the coupons and extra promo codes are probably the main reason I keep going back. The prices aren’t always the cheapest right away, but if you wait for a sale or stack a code, it can end up being a solid deal, you know? The only thing that’s kind of frustrating is the exclusions. Not every code works on the brands I actually want, which feels a little disappointing when you think you found a great discount. Still, I did save money overall, so I’d give it 4 stars

I returned the shoes about two weeks ago and I still haven’t gotten my refund. The tracking shows they were delivered, but when I reached out through chat, they just told me to keep waiting. That part was weird because it seems like they should be able to confirm it by now. Annoying experience overall.
